The way we see it, a baptism is a beautiful way to celebrate the family. Sometimes it’s the first chance for everyone to get together and welcome a newborn into the world. And that’s why we like to start photographing at home, whenever we are asked to photograph a baptism, so that the little ones may be acquainted to us before meeting everyone else. And then, we always make sure that there’s a lot of family portraits to go with a more spontaneous coverage of the party. 

Our favorite thing about winter baptisms is that we can feel every little detail warming our hearts. Even if it’s raining, like it was in Isabel’s baptism day, there’s nothing missing. The hugs, the smiling, family and friends around, kids playing, sweets and toasts. It was all there. And we’re so happy photographing all this things!
